Carrie has a Principal Brokers license in NH & a Designated Brokers license in ME, and a Brokers license in MA and is a member of the Strafford County Board of Realtors® NH, Seacoast Board of Realtor and the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors®, NE Commercial Property Exchange, and Maine Association of Realtors®, and Maine Commercial Board of Realtors®, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.

She truly enjoys helping business owners find the right space to grow their Commercial business. She also works hard at helping people find the right home for their families. She takes great pride in getting them the best home for the best price, and developing lasting relationships. Carrie has a vast knowledge and experience working with first time home buyers, senior 55+ living and probate scenarios, veterans buyers, as well as working with divorce scenarios. She is also on point with listing homes at the best price, often getting above asking for her sellers. She was ranked #5 in Strafford County NH for the 2023 year and top 10 brokerage in 2024! In April of 2026 just as she celebrated her 2nd anniversary of her brokerage, she opened a second office location in Sanford, Maine. In June 2026, Strafford County Board of Realtors named Carrie "Realtor of the Year".  

​Carrie is a wife and mom, and also a business owner in the community, former publisher of NH Wedding Magazine while working in Real Estate. Carrie is very Community Oriented, frequently orchestrating fundraisers to benefit local charities in need, and helping donate her time to the community in many volunteer activities. As a breast cancer survivor herself, she spends most of her fundraising efforts on the local chapter of the My Breast Cancer Support .org foundation.
