After many months of zero activity on our commercial sale, I hired Carrie to take over. Man am I glad that I did! She was responsive, knowledgeable, cool, calm and collected! She knows the market well and has lots of tricks up her sleeve if plan A and B don't pan out! After multiple extensions of the sale due to a million extenuating circumstances, she met me in the parking lot of a bus station after my flights home from vacation had been rescheduled and we were just hours away from needing an additional extension. This woman met me in a bus parking lot, I signed the paperwork and she drove an hour to get it to the attorney's desk so we could close on time.
